Eligibility for Refunds:
– Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the first tutoring session.
– Refunds are not applicable for completed sessions.
– Technical issues preventing access to sessions must be reported immediately.
Non-Refundable Fees:
– Fees for completed sessions.
– Administrative charges (if applicable).
